Crossrail hole plugger GLA man John Biggs, the formally listed member on the Greater London Assembly [GLA] for the 'constituency' that includes the Brick Lane London E1, hardly says anything.

Anything to the Brick Lane London E1 end of his alleged constituency, that is.
But he allegedly says some
things in the GLA glass House dominated by the Ken Livingstone bureaucracy.>
So, what was he saying when they ‘mentioned' the alleged alternative to a Crsosrail hole in the Brick Lane area at a City Hall gathering in the last few days? Why hasn’t Biggs been appearing in the corner of the Princelet Street and Brick Lane, [like he did on Friday 24 March 2006 when he was diner orders to salvage the sinking careers of the Blairist councillors on Tower Hamkest Coucnil facing the then legal action move by Khoodeelaar!] and telling the constituents what the latest Livingstone line – or lie- is?
